Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton told MTV news, 'It is a very gay song - unapologetically - gay. In - your - face - gay, but it's also a universal song that can relate to everyone.' Personally, I think, (brunette2000) it's a spin off, Madonna's 'Express yourself'. What do you think?

It isn't. Lady Gaga wrote that song very quickly and it is one of the most universal songs on her new album, however it is NOT the most meaningful song. It isn't a spin off of any particular song but she definitely did take some sounds and some beats and influences from other artists in the past. So did Madonna. Madonna's music was in the 80's and 90's and thats the music that most strongly influenced Lady Gaga growing up and she always shows that in her aesthetics.
