Hi,
I want to open up a dialogue about what I have noticed on a lot of dating sites. I've become more aware of bi-sexual women posting their profiles. It wasn't quite like that a year ago. I may see one or two but mostly their profiles were low-keyed. What I wonder is...thanks to Marie Claire and other glamerous magazines, being bi-sexual is a trendy way to be these days. Are there true bisexual women on here or some flirting with this side of the fence just to be experimenting? If you are trul more...Hi,

Are there true bisexual women on here or some flirting with this side of the fence just to be experimenting? If you are truly bi, I would honestly like to know more about how you make this work? Just food for thought.

im new to this site and i find ur post interesting. for me, personally, i know i like men. i realize that and embrace it. but ive always been a strong believer in following my heart, my gut, my instincts and it bugs me that everytime a beautiful woman walks by or a female says something witty or rather intelligent (which i find very sexy) i get the chills, goosebumps, and, to be frank, get rather horny. or walking thru campus i caught the site of two pretty females showing some intense affectio more... im new to this site and i find ur post interesting. for me, personally, i know i like men. i realize that and embrace it. but ive always been a strong believer in following my heart, my gut, my instincts and it bugs me that everytime a beautiful woman walks by or a female says something witty or rather intelligent (which i find very sexy) i get the chills, goosebumps, and, to be frank, get rather horny. or walking thru campus i caught the site of two pretty females showing some intense affection on a bench and i felt this passionate desire to join in. because of this, i feel the need to test it out, see whats so intriguing. i assure you, for me, it has nothing to do with magazines and "famous" people, for those mean nothing to me. it is purely feeling and instinct.

im new to this community and i haven't really come out yet. for some bi people, like myself, we are just trying to figure out if we are attracted more to men or women, though i have to agree that some are claiming it just for the trend, its not true for all.

I think it is an individual thing. I like being with women more than men and that includes being with them sexually; but I have not sworn off men completely. There have been a few men that I truly like even sexually. In fact, sex was very good. I do like the softer touch, closer communication and better sense of sharing that I get with my girl friends and may one day be a lesbian dropping men completely, but for now the door to either gender is open.

i have to admit that yeah, over the years, i guess i have given my bi friends a bit of a hard time or thard teasing about it to say the least, of course it never bothered me enough not to have a bi girlfriend or two, well actually all but one, lol...
I feel the same that we should definitely not be disriminatory like that within our own community...similarities, not differences.... I will try to be a little more aware and not act like that, i think is just an old stereotype that we all really more...i have to admit that yeah, over the years, i guess i have given my bi friends a bit of a hard time or thard teasing about it to say the least, of course it never bothered me enough not to have a bi girlfriend or two, well actually all but one, lol...

Thanks, I appreciate the way you explained your orientation. It makes sense. Is it easier being "bi" now compared to a few years ago? I remember coming out and how rude the lesbian/gay community is towards bisexual people. It's bad enough that the LGBT community is discriminated enough as it is, we don't need division within our own ranks.

You're right, being bi is seen as a fad and trendy. However, there are many people, including myself, who are attracted to both men and women. I enjoy beautiful people and their sex doesn't much play into it. I hate defining myself as "bi", but the only other choices are straight or gay and neither are accurate.

ok well i am a bisexual women, i have ben bi for 8 years now. Me personally, i do prefer to have relationships with women rather than men but i do still feel atracted to certain men. It's a bit like a gay women, being interested in someone other than there normal type, you can't help who you feel atracted to and i'd like to say I'm looking for the right person to fulfil my life wether it would be a man or a women. I do understand on what you are saying as yes there are alot of girls that say more...ok well i am a bisexual women, i have ben bi for 8 years now.
