There usually are questions about coming out to your family, friends etc. But how can you come out to your young child? Am I nervous? YES! He is a pretty accepting person. 9 years old is a little young for you to lay that on him, since you don't know what it is you want to to with your life yet. one kiss does not make a lesbian. since you have a gay couple next door see if you can go out with them to a gay club and see how you feel around gay women.if it feels o.k. try and meet some people while you're there for friendship first. they must like kids , but DON'T BRING THEM AROUND YOUR SON UNTIL YOU'RE SURE THIS IS THE ONE! you should never have a lot of diff. people in and out of your son's life.

Well he is 9 years old. He was raised by me so I taught him not to discriminate. But media, society, or what have you, can still play a BIG part in what some one thinks or feels. For instance we have a Lesbian couple next door -(which is also, a biracial couple). My son knows that, and still chooses to play with their son who is 15. The reason I asked the question too Is that I have never really been with a female before. My former friend who ended up obssesed with me (and psycho) got me turned to the fact that I am bisexual, (because we kissed, and I liked it!) Another question. Where do I go from here?!
