I would say that aging is truly a crock.. "Golden Years" was defined by the Geritol Ads back in the 50's & 60's... what I have found in this process of feeling like a Stonewall Boomer...is that 'my mind made a date, that my body couldn't keep'! In my mind, I'm active, vivacious, wanna do it all..my body doesn't have the resilience like it once had...even for gardening..hiking..even kickin' up my heels. Lil' slower... Not pitchin' a bitch, just trying to adjust. it came so fast.

I came out in 1964. A time of great social change, religious rebellions, pre-Vietnam, Stonewall..Timothy Leary. It was all good. Good and Plenty... great penny candy, pink and white, I think.
I've "tried" men. I would like to say for the record.."I don't like dick, i like jane"... from the first kiss of those sweet soft lips,to the scent of her loving and everything in-between, I love womyn. Even in grade school, I had crushes on sooo many..umm..I was labeled "different" ...now 50 years later (OMG...50 years???) I'm proud of it!! As the great philosopher Popeye said.."
