I don't want to do the typical dinner and a movie, because when you think about it, you can't talk and get to know each other that way. I would like to do something like volunteer at an animal shelter, then dinner and a walk somewhere after.That's a good way to get to know someone.

A good picnic with her favorite foods would be nice! We could talk and get to know one another, which seems cliche, but it works. If things went well, then someday I'd love to take her hiking up Sugarloaf Mountain in Marquette, MI. There, I'd treat her to a picnic-style dinner with her favorite foods and together, we'd munch under the stars with the light of the moon above us. We'd laugh and joke and share secrets while staring up at the Milky Way arm, and we'd "ooh" and "ahh" at the meteorites that shoot out from it. If we're lucky, we could even get a glimpse of the Northern Lights.
