Or, something more active -- a group moonlit snowshoe hike with a bonfire, hot chocolate and flaming marshmallow missiles fated for s'mores at the end of the trek.

It really depends on the person. Something that goes well with what they like to do. I am a very romantic person, so probably with a rose in hand, i would pick the beautiful woman up and take her out to dinner then a romantic walk on a beach to get to know one another better.:)
