On a first date I simply want us to get a feel for each other's vibes to see if we are compatible. I think a walk on the beach would be perfect, because it's romantic, safe, beautiful, open, comfortable, and no pressure, and, if it ends up going really well it's a great first date story :)

My ideal date would be maybe dinner and a nice walk. I want to get to know you and see if we have a connection, and movie theaters just don't do it for me.

I would like to meet up at a ren fair or reenactment or maybe an art fair and just walk around, talk, get to know one another. Maybe find some place to sit down and eat while watching the joust or something. There's just so much that goes on at those things, there's a ton of stuff to do and talk about.

I love going hiking and then finding a place to grab a bite to eat and just chilling out enjoying each others company.

Grab lunch at a nice but casual restaurant with good food. Then a hike through the woods. Followed by ice cream. Can't go wrong with ice cream!

An ideal first date would entail meeting at a park to spend some time walking and talking. If it's rainy or too cold, a nice relaxed drink at a bar would also suffice. Getting to know each other in any way other than physically, in other words, is what I would prefer.
